Not Your Mum, Not Your Milk is a coiled hydria pot. Its shape suggests that it was meant for storing water.
The pot is decorated with rows and columns  of white cows, hinting the amount of cattle that was used in the beaf and milk industry. In 2020 there were over 270 million cows producing milk around the world. Dairy cows were bred specifically to produce large quantities of milk and had to give birth every year in order to keep producing milk.
The decorations on the pot were made using inlay technique and painted slip.
